WASHINGTON TRIP!

We got to go to Washington this summer to visit Jonny's family!!  We tried to jam as much as possible in during the time we were there and it was so fun!
For the first part of the week, Jonny and Easton went on a man hike w/some good friends and his dad and brother.  It was Easton first hike and I think it wore him out.  He told me I had fun but when I asked if he wanted to do it again he said, "no."  Haha.  He must take after his mama.

Jonny has a family friend who makes his own kayaks and he took us out on the Puget Sound.  This is Jonny and Kevin.

And Jonny has another family friend who has a boat and a house on the lake and is so awesome to take us out wakeboarding when we visit.  Jonny was SOO excited!!
And the boys thought it was fun, too.  They loved being on the boat and watching Jonny wakeboard.

Easton even went out on the tube w/Tyson and Kylie.  He loved it but got knocked off once and then it was over.
Jonny's brother Tyson was so hilarious w/the boys.  He wrestled with them for quite a while and the loved it.

Jonny really wanted to take the boys to one of the beaches he used to go to growing up at Fort Camby.  They all loved it so much and could've spent a whole week there.  Actually, Jonny could live there.

And then on the way home, we went through Astoria and stopped to eat.  When we got out of the truck, Jonny heard sea lions so we walked over to this pier thing and there were tons.  I thought it was pretty cool.  Easton just thought they stunk.

July '12

We met up with some of our favorite people in Utah this summer and went to Lagoon.  The kids had SO much fun and loved playing with Asher and Lily and I loved it too!
Asher and Easton on one of the rides.
Poor D had his cast and couldn't go on quite a few of the rides.  He was a trooper though and still had fun.
 LOOOOVE this gorgeous gal!
Easton did his first year of tball this summer.  It was pretty hilarious watching the kids this age play. Easton loved it, though, and that's all that matters.
Our little fam on the 4th of July.

June '12

Our little Easton man graduated from Kindergarten this June!
 Our fam after graduation.
Father's Day!  This pic was taken just a little bit before D broke him arm.
Easton and Donovan were playing on the trampolene and D slipped while he was getting off and broke his little arm.  We had to take him to the ER and they had to put him out so they could reset the bone.
This is when he woke up.  The drugs made him HILARIOUS.  I'll have to figure out how to post videos because I caught a little of it.

Easton's 6th Birthday!

I'm going to do some major updating so I'm starting way back in May w/Easton's birthday. I convinced him to do a mustache themed party, which he was actually super excited about it.
Easton requested pancakeds w/a candle for his birthday breakfast.
All ready for the mustache bash!

Brits came to the party!  It made it that much better.
We played pin the stache on Easton.

Baby D's Birthday!

I will have to catch up on other stuff but for now I wanted to get the pics up from D's birthday!  My little man is 3!  And this year he decided that he wanted a Batman themed birthday.  So that's what he got.  We stayed up the night before and did a bit of decorating.  He was so cute cause he kept saying that he needed to go to bed so his birthday would come.  I love how excited he was!  Except when he woke up at 6 am.  :)

He loved this batman balloon that was about the same size as him.

Our spoiled little man got a new bike...

...and a new carseat, which he might actually be more excited about than the bike.  He thinks he's so old now.

 Easton liked the bike, too.

And then later in the day we had a few friends over to help celebrate!  We decorated cupcakes, which has nothing to do with batman (or most boys probably) but my boys loved it!

D didn't want to waste time putting his sprinkles on his cupcake.  He went straight for it.

 Enjoying his creation.

 The two little ones!

And since we decorated cupcakes, I didn't make a cake or anything so I made one of them batman-ish because D was set on having a batman cake (and pinata, but momma couldn't find that).

And they played pin the batman sign on Batman.  I forgot to take pictures while they were actually playing the game.

We still have about 2 dozen cupcakes left over because I WAY over baked so if anyone wants to come visit us, you can have some!!

Here's our Christmas card! Super late. :)

...december

I have a lot more pics from December.

Love this cute boy!!

Grandpa and Grandma came down for a visit to babysit our kids while we got to go to some Christmas parties. They are THE BEST!!

One of the parties was an ugly sweater christmas party. These were our picks. Jonny's won ugliest sweater. haha

Seriously, I love this sweet face.

On Christmas Eve the boys got to open their jammies.

Their new Christmas jammies.

Christmas morning!! D admiring his popcorn machine from Santa. The thing he asked over and over for.

LOVE this excitement! Easton has got to be the funnest person to watch open presents cause he get SO excited over everything. For example, this pic is him w/a lufa from Santa. haha!

He got the rest of the chipmunks.

And a pillow pet...the kitty...just what he asked for. haha

Believe it or not, this is Donovan's excited face!! haha

Opening a present.

Look at that face!

and for some reason, Donovan decided to smile like this for the week. This is his "cheese" face. :) And this is a pic of the boys making a gingerbread house w/grandma. The boys loved it!

New Year's Eve w/my honey.

This is how D rang in the new year. He ALMOST made it til midnight. It was seriously like 11:55 when we fell asleep. :)

Big man made it all the way past midnight!

Well that kind of catches us up in a fast way. It's been a busy, fun 6 months and I'm sad I had to speed through it that way but there's a glimpse. It makes me even sadder to be moving away from the amazing friends we've made here!
